How long do I have to claim my winnings?

What happens if I lose my ticket(s)?

The winning ticket must accompany the claim documentation and the name associated with the ticket and a copy of the government issued ID must match the ticket records at the time of purchase.

I can’t purchase a ticket from my current location, what can I do? 

Be sure to check that Location Services on your device is enabled. Also check that the automatic settings for your Date and Time are turned on. The Raffle is open to all individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who is located in the state of Ohio.

I checked the box to save my information for future purchases and it didn’t save what can I do?

The information will only save if you are used the same browser as your previous purchase and that you have not cleared your cache or cookie settings.

What happens if I did not receive my email with the ticket numbers?

Check your spam, junk mail or clutter folders for the email. If you cannot find it, please contact us at Provide your name and phone number along with the amount of tickets you purchased.

What does the raffle sales benefit?

All net proceeds go back to the Cincinnati Cyclones Foundation. The Cincinnati Cyclones Foundation will help underwrite and alleviate costs associated with playing youth hockey. Additionally, the Cincinnati Cyclones Foundation aspires to provide much-needed ice time to local youth hockey players, be it at Heritage Bank Center, or by underwriting ice time at any one of the hockey or skating facilities around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

A dual focus of the Cincinnati Cyclones Foundation will be to expose children from all over Greater Cincinnati to the game of hockey. Local-area children and hockey players will be afforded the opportunity to discover hockey by attending Cyclones games through group or team outings as well as school visits.

Why does require my location?

Your current location is required to confirm eligibility to purchase on your mobile device. The drawing will be offered to anyone within the state of Ohio, where allowed by law (the "Raffle Area").

What if I already selected "Don't Allow"?

Reloading the page should cause you to be prompted to share your location again. If you have specified that you never want to share your location, you will need to go into your settings to allow. See below for instructions.

What if I receive the following prompt: "You must allow your browser to share you location to purchase tickets, please click "OK" to reload this page, then be sure to allow your browser to share your location to share your location when prompted"?

The browser should reload the page and ask you to share location upon loading. Note: In some browsers, the popup may say "close" instead of "OK"

I entered the incorrect email and did not print my tickets, how can I get my tickets resent?

Please go to the Contact page and request that the raffle Manager email you your tickets. 

What if I cannot purchase tickets on due to Location issues?

You may have told your browser to never share your location. You need to change that setting to allow sale.

For iOS devices: 
1) Go to the Settings App.
2) Go to Privacy.
3) Go into Location Services.
4) Ensure "Location Services" are on.
5) Scroll down and click "Safari Websites."
6) Make sure that Allow Location Access is set to "While Using the App."
Chrome has the same setting if you are using that instead.

For Android (though this may vary by version):
1) Go to Settings App.
2) Go to Location and make sure that it is on.
3) Go back to previous screen and go to Apps
4) Go to Chrome.
5) Click Permissions.
6) Ensure that Location is enabled.
